When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on your location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. Usually, it takes 5 days from the time you have placed your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Free shipping on all orders above Rs.499. An additional charge of Rs. 100 will be levied on orders below that.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our website after logging in.

How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How do I place bulk orders?

I don't want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift, can this be done ?
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, you can! Gift wrap option is available for most products, and you will see this option during checkout, before you sign in. Please note that as per government mandate, we will have to send across the invoice with all shipments.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, but for orders above Rs 5000/- only.
I have received a damaged product what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please WhatsApp us the images of the damaged item on +91 9821731351 / +91 9867180379. You can alternatively email us on hello@flintstop.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
What items can I return?
You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.
How do I cancel my order?

After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
Which courier partners do you use for shipping?
We have multiple courier partners for different locations we ship out to. Majority of our shipments go through Fedex and Bluedart. Although, we also ship with Aramex, DTDC, Delhivery, EComExpress and Trackon.
Do you arrange for reverse pick ups? If so am I charged for it?
Reverse pickup service is available only if the product is damaged/faulty at the time of delivery. No charges are applied.
Although, if you would want to return the product if not damaged/faulty, Rs. 100 will be the reverse charges

When will I receive a replacement ?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) should be unused.
They should be returned within 3-4 days from the delivery date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Can I choose a different item in exchange ?
You can only exchange your item within 3-4 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
What is your refund policy?
The product should be shipped to our warehouse,once reviewed by our technicians, the refund will be processed.
